Chinese authorities bust dog meat operations that were skinning dogs

Chinese authorities and animal rights activists busted two dog slaughterhouses that were particularly cruel because it appeared workers were skinning the animals.The raids targeted two facilities in Jinan, a city in eastern China’s Shandong province, on November 20 and 28, saving over 50 dogs from the facilities in the process.
